rental can be easily arranged upon request, while metered
taxi is also available

Is
it safe to stay in the floating villa ?
Yes, it is indeed safe to stay there, because the location
of the villa is on the calm area of Medang Bay, which is
also surrounded by some small islands that protect it against
the wave and current, each villa is hold by 3 anchors and
24hours guarded by local staff. Each villa is also equipped
with a private traditional boat to be used anytime to the
beach and/or nearby surrounding interesting spots. The safe
guards / boatman are also ready 24hours with a speed boat
for any emergency circumstances. In case of emergency, evacuation
process to the beach can be easily done within minutes.
Is
there any rest room available ?
Yes, a private fresh water shower which is supplied from
the beach is available.
Is
there any electricity there ?
Yes, a 1,300watt electricity with 220volt supplied by the
marine cable from the land - A generator set back up is
available in case of main electricity failure.
What
is the facilities available in the floating villa ?
Each villa is fully equipped with king size or 2single beds,
spacious living room, mini bar, private safety box, stereo
sets, tea & coffee makers, as well as life vest. On
top of that, a spacious open air balcony with the laying
chairs for two and the beach umbrella. Transportation will
be using the traditional boat that exclusively stands by
for the villa guests use.
How
is the sanitation system ?
The waste is kept in the special waste tank which is periodically
cleaned up.
How
far is the floating villa from the beach ? and how do I
get there ?
It is about 200 meters from the beach and the main transport
is by traditional boat, which will take about 2minutes,
the boat and the guard will stand by 24 hours in your villa,
ready for any assistance.
How
do I have my meal ?
At the moment, all meal will be prepared by your villa attendant
at the beach based on your order, however, only local simple
meal can be prepared, such as : fried rice, noodle soup,
grilled fish / squid / prawn, etc.
Is
there any mosquito there ?
Presently some mosquito exists in the beach area, but, there
is no mosquito in the villa laut, due to its distance from
the beach and the sea climate that scares away the mosquito.
What
should I bring when staying in floating villa laut ?
Mask and snorkeling equipment is available upon request,
however, it would be good if you bring your own. Sun block,
walking shoes, sun glasses, hat and reading materials as
well as your favorite tapes for easy listening would be
fantastic idea. Bring also your fishing pole as you can
try your luck just right from your villa.
Is
there any telephone available ?
For the time being, no telephone line is available, however,
the cellular phone signal exists there.
What
kind of activities can I do there ? At the moment we only have limited water sport facilities,
however, snorkeling, fishing can be very conveniently done
nearby your villa. On top of that, sailing by traditional
boat to the surrounding islands or taking the car for an
excursion to the country side will also be a great fun.
Is
it appropriate for family destination ?
Yes, it is not only for the honeymooners or couple - but
it is incredibly interesting for the kids, as you can see
thousands of colorful fish, crabs, shrimps,coral, sea stars
and other sea creatures from the villa. It is really educating
for the children and the sea climate is also good for health.
How
many people can be accommodated in the villa ?
Maximum of 4 people and 1extra air mattress with extra charge
can be provided, and the sofa mattress can also be used
as the bed.
What
is the maximum capacity of weight ?
Each villa is capable for at least 5000kgs extra weight
on top of its own existing weight.
